'Just to let you know that Harry phoned and said the cupcakes had been delivered to his room. He had already had one and it was absolutely delicious. Planning to share the rest with his room mate and friends. Thank you very much – a great surprise for him and very much appreciated. Pistachio Cupcakes
'Tried and tested one of the pistachio cupcakes last night and as with all of your cakes it was fantastic. It was difficult to offer the second one up for my hubby to try.(Peter would like to add his approval!) The appearance created much anticipation of the pleasure awaiting my taste buds.... I was not disappointed. Think you should keep making them. It just makes choosing more difficult as there are so many beauties in your already extensive range. I don't see this as a real problem, just a bit of a dilemma! Happy baking'

Pistachio Cupcakes
'Sampled the new cupcake last night and it’s another culinary triumph! Reminded me of a very upmarket Italian ice creams with its beautiful minty colour and pistachio decoration. Tasted much better than any ice cream on the market and clearly another winning recipe in your cupcake repertoire. How about some fruity ones with those freeze dried strawbs and rasps (like you get in special k) in the icing? Have to go, have just dribbled on my keyboard thinking about it!'
