VANILLA CUP CAKES

Classic vanilla sponge base using Madagascan vanilla extract topped with luscious vanilla buttercream and finished with decoration of your choice.

CHOCOLATE CUP CAKES

Using best quality cocoa, this sumptuous cup cake is topped with a luxurious swirl of chocolate frosting and finished off with the most charming of decorations.

ORANGE AND LEMON CUP CAKES

Freshly grated orange and lemon zest (unwaxed fruit) sponge base with orange or lemon juice flavoured buttercream and decorated with crystallised orange or lemon segment.

GINGER CUP CAKES

A cup cake with a kick – ginger flavoured base finished with luxurious vanilla buttercream and decorated with crystallized ginger.

TROPICAL COCONUT AND LIME

A tropical paradise, this classic vanilla base has the added taste of desiccated coconut and is topped with a tangy freshly squeezed lime frosting and finished with sprinkled coconut.

GLUTEN FREE

Any of the above flavours can be produced to order using gluten free flour. I use Doves Farm Gluten and Wheat Free flour.  I am also particularly careful not to cross contaminate utensils etc, and use a specific coloured cupcake case to differentiate from standard flour cupcakes. RUBY RED VELVET

An American classic. A moist rich red chocolate sponge topped with delicious classic cream cheese / buttercream frosting.

MALTEEZER

Vanilla sponge incorporating Malteezers, topped with buttercream and decorated with Malteezer.

BLUEBERRY

Fresh plump whole blueberries baked in light sponge, topped with rich buttercream and finished with plump blueberry on top.

COFFEE

Luscious sponge flavoured with coffee essence topped with rich buttercream and finished with walnut.

BANOFFEE

Ripened bananas and toffee fudge pieces baked into scrummy sponge and decorated with fudge pieces and slice of banana.

All of the cup cakes can be produced in a range of sizes – mini, standard, midi and giant. Please ring or email to discuss.

Whilst there are generally no nuts contained in my cup cakes I occasionally use nuts as decorations and therefore the cakes are not made in a nut free environment.
